I understand that my request is not confirmed until I receive a response from Since5.

Need to change or cancel an order? Please submit your request as soon as possible—ideally within one hour of placing your order. We’ll make every reasonable effort to catch it and accommodate your request before production begins. Requests submitted after 9:00 p.m. Pacific Time may not be reviewed before the order enters production overnight. We’re real people, not a 24-hour call center—but please submit the form anyway. If there’s still an opportunity to make the change, we’ll do everything we can. Submitting this form records the time you contacted us, but it does not confirm that a change or cancellation has been completed. We’ll email you as soon as we know what can be done.

Got It—Your Request Is in the Queue!

If your request involves an order change or cancellation, this confirmation means we received your request—it does not mean the change has been completed. We’ll make every reasonable effort to catch your order before it enters production and will email you as soon as we know what can be done.

Please keep an eye on your inbox—and give your spam folder the occasional suspicious glance, just in case our reply wanders in there.
